Lou (they/them) and Gabi (she/her) are excited to be running their first weekend yoga retreat together at Knepp Rewilding Estate, in West Sussex. Each day will have two yoga practices, meditation and restorative yoga, a creative workshop, mindfulness walks in nature, and delicious vegan food. Free time can be spent socialising with new friends, wild swimming in the pond, having a massage treatment in the therapy yurt, or relaxing and exploring this unique natural environment. Lou and Gabi are queer yoga teachers, specialising in trauma informed, accessible, and community based yoga. They love being able to practice with their community, and are so excited to share this retreat in nature. As this is our first ever weekend retreat, the cost of the weekend is £299. Camping and Glamping accommodation options at Knepp Safari start from £25 per person per night, and are to be booked separately by attendees.
